I have no issues with the blade...but the rest of the dagger is not even close to being an Eickhorn in detail.
1937 Eickhorn production daggers still showed quality and craftmanship.
The example above is far less than that.
The Hanger looks freshly stamped.
Hard to say if the grip eagle has been worked on with some wood filler substance or does the photo show that area where there is no laquer.
Curious to see closer photos of that grip eagle.
Parts dagger at best.
