    Hello ostlanddigger,
this cove is 100% a good example. This has been for over 30 years in an old collection here in Italy and his wear is absolutely correct.Look at M.D.Beaver books and you can find several covers with the same wear.
Anyway,I will post some pictures for you as soon as possible so you can leave all your doubts.
    Cheers
    Francesco

thankyou Francesco for answer.no matther where it been for 30 years.traces of active vearing is something different.to be honest many book sare full of fakes and different kind of sh...t.i dont care what would say about my opinion BIG DADYS.i can just say to you-me,my friends:i mean colectors, attic hunters and simply boys who are interesting in such stuff-latvians, russians.......WE dont living on a mooon.all i want to say-we are not specialist in algemaine ss,black uniforms, reare visors etc bla bla bla ss pieces, but we had two (2)ss divisions-and these boys(i been spending many houres talking with them-many are my good friends)for sure did,nt spend war time siting on trees.they used all those camos with no emotion-an i heard a lot of storys how fast they became to nothing.also been keeping these pieces in my arms-looking,studying what became to them after hard use etc.of course there is still posible to find some camos in good condition for sure.JUST ON YOUR ,s i cant see what i want to see if it,s been in solid used an so on.also some other details i dont like, but please forgive me-it,s only my opinion.

That's not a problem. We all can have different opinions. This is the forum play and the one of the fun in this hobby.
I have any problem with this cover.I have show this one on several international Forums and I have got a lot of big offert for this one .
The veterans have no Idea to their old cloths (caps, uniforms ecc, ecc.),as these was sewn, wich kind of cloth was built.I was in Italian parachutists but don't ask me how my cap was sewn or assembled..........I don't know.

ofcourse Francesco-old soldiers never care about uniform, cap etc sewing technik or what model it is.as i said my opinion is based on my own practis.i dont like traces of using.how to say-they dont looks corect to me.because knowing that is very important-sometimes these traces can talk more than eny expert can say.i must give up-my english is killin me.what about springs foto??
