Buying a helmet without a COA?

Thanks, I am grateful for all the good advice I have received and would like to apologize if I annoyed anyone in this forum. I can blame some things on my poor knowledge of ss helmets but also some translation problems in your comments and advice. I look forward to more advice and more views on helmets that I find interesting and may want to buy.
