I'm far from being able to help you but i can save you some time... Ask for high quality close ups of the decal area! Try and get pictures showing the decals from as near as possible without bluring the details! That way the guys here will be able to help you!

Overall sheen and absence of any edge wear are not good starter signs - but closer photos will decide.

Kevin, a clear decal closeup is required as are photos of the entire helmet, maker and lot number.

From what is shown thus far I would not hold my breath.

I can't tell from this picture but I will say that the decal seems to have more "chips/dings" to it than the surrounding paintwork which rings alarm bells for me. Leon.

The two big things that shout out to me are;

1. Probably a Q shell.
2. Not Q runes, whatever they are.
