M42 SS relic helmet

Hello guys,

Just wanted to share my new M42 SS relic helmet. It was found at 19th SS positions near a wall of a house that burned down during the war causing some tar spots.

Is that rust holes in the front or shrapnel hits?

Cool... even some rests of the decals remain.. where was it found (country, region)? Do you have anymore about the story on how it was unearthedm the burning house and so? We like stories here quite much...

It was found East of Frauenburg, not far from Blīdene.
