M42 SS SD original or another fake?

What do you think about this one, i have asked for photos to the seller and this is what i had received, i really don't have too much hope with this one, but as i'm not an expert i share the photos with you in order to see what you think at a glance!

Doesn't look good I agree. You should always ask for maker, size and lotnr when buying any helmet but always for SS.

Artificially aged with fresh dirt applied by the looks of it.

Hi, I do not like the look of this one either, looks to have false ageing and the decal seems to be quite pale, no sign of a metallic element for an ET type, but then again the pictures are poor. Leon.

Notice the 'cleaned' area around the decal where, I suspect the wire brush was used to age the decal.
