I'm glad you trust these Dimas. Shields from this far away, some surrounded by obvious scrubbing? A guy could pop a good fake and age each one of these and from this distance you'd never know. I'm not saying these are good or bad, but relic SS buying and posting faraway photos of decals in poor condition that have messed with shells is just asking for a fool and his money to be parted, in my humble and respectful opinion.
agree with you Doug , this is why i post it here wisely, and like i said i will get close-up shots of the decals, these helmets comes from another source so i want to check...maybe the scrubbing is to show more decals ..i don't know !
hey all experts ,
one helmet has the runes on the wrong side ;O)

Pics #3 and #6 give me the creeps, the rest need close-up shots of the decal.
It scares me just to look at these. I always error on the side of caution with relics, especially SS relics. Is it ironic that SS decals on relics usually always look in better condition than the rest of the helmet?
There does seem to be a lot be "cleaning"around the area of the decal on a couple of the pictures,i would have left these areas well alone personally if these decals are genuine as thats where the money is!I'm not saying they are wrong, but from these pictures i just cannot tell,if your unable to get good close ups of the decals i would just walk away.
Plenty of photographic evidence of this and here are a few good ones.
