Are these not only on transitional shells? With just a handful known to still exist?
Helmet2ID is your man for an answer but I am not liking what I see. Scrubbed decal but near mint paint? And on top of another decal? Graphically I will leave the analysis of the decal to others.
An example to compare to:

Really not very good photos and not commenting on the decal either way but i’m not keen on the liner. As MAP pointed out nice paint but a heavily used liner!? In fact, the wear to the liner itself is odd. Looks as though it’s been artificially aged and the rings around vent holes on the tongues is also not something I’ve encountered before. The leather under one of the tongues also looks very dark when you would expect it to be cleaner. It just seems a little off.

Nothing good here.
Yup, original shell, but the liner is definitely an aged fake, the way the leather is sewn together in the back it should have the seam going up the liner tongue, but it doesn't, as most repros do.
Also it's a steel liner band which would be uncommon at best in an M35 with smooth apple green paint.
And don't hold out too much hope for the rest either.
Luis
Thank you all.
Still not good.
Hi Schwerpunkt.,
But what "...nothing good here..." or "...still not good…" for you?
The Shell? The liner? The chinstraps? The SS runes decal? The paint?
I need help, from HELMET collectors… Are you one?
Best Regards.,
Von River
Nothing is good about it, other than the shell, as Luis has already noted. The liner has been fake-aged, and the chinstrap is an obvious reproduction. Almost certainly a ground-up fabrication made to deceive.
