Robert, you going to have to post more photos, side, top, back & inside, especially a close-up, straight on, of the decal.
Ill not write it off as the decal is clean .could be because it had camo cover on all its life.i will leave it to the decal exsperts ,hope its a good one.
That looks like a Qwist helmet, but even from this bad picture I don't like the decal. But surely only clear straight decal close up pictures will give you a right answer

This came from that auction web site that is know for having fakes on their site, people have been bidding like crazy, and getting really bad fakes, and majority of the times the auction will even say its a fake, and people will still bid crazy prices.
