Appears to be an ET decal, if I'm not mistaken.

Yep, no "point" to the bottom of the shield, also the runes look slightly mis-shapen. A classic round bottom fake. Leon.

Be careful anyone going to the Allentown show in PA. Being offered for a little over $2k. Priced low enough to draw you in thinking you're getting a good deal, but at the same time raises a red flag.
