    Looks good, but when I've been seeing fakes, why are there allways the decal that is destroyed, but the rest of the shell is perfect, witch in this case is the same ? =P

    Fakers feel, by destroying enough key parts of the decal, the buyer won't notice what needs to be seen. Not in this case. There was an order to destroy all Nazi symbols and this lid was probably denazified by the soldier who captured it or a family member of the soldier when he brought it home. Being only the runes that were scratched off, theres still more key parts of the decal to ID and confirm its authenticity. The 20X magnified shots confirms it to any experienced trained eye, and 400X magnified shots to confirm as well, by a few who know what to look for. Also, the lot number and size, confirms its an SS as the twin sister has been located.
