So do we have a repo decal on a battle damaged helmate ?

In my opinion we have an ordinary relic helmet shell rusted out on the top, with the vent holes plugged and a decal added to try and increase its value. I wouldn't like anyone to get stung with buying this thinking it is " A Battle Damaged SS Helmet", as I don't believe it is any of those things.
