Deschler skull TK on General's visor - what eagle?

Can anyone please tell me the maker of the eagle on this visor cap that I put up for review? More photos can be seen here:

Agree, eagle is a fake IMO.
Skull ... it's really difficult to tell for me.
The less of details of the skull is a bad sign...
Better, sharper close up pics could be very usefull.

Now that you know that the cap itself is no good you might want to remove the skull to examine its reverse. This would provide a conclusive answer...
