Eagle and skull - Gound dug little pieces of history

Hello boys,
Just wanted to share some beauties with you.

A Zimmermann SS eagle (Zimmermann RZM - M1/72) and Deschler Totenkopf (RZM M1/52) ground dug near Thale, Harz mountains, Germany. They have known the last days of the war, when the 47. US infantry regiment hardly fought against the Kampfgruppe Bongarts (19th/20th april 1945).

The condition is due to the long stay in the ground (see picture).
