Fake skull?? Help please

Article about: I have been offered the skull in this grouping, but have not been able to find one with similar mounting prongs. My thoughts are FAKE, but I defer to your judgement.

    I have been offered the skull in this grouping, but have not been able to find one with similar mounting prongs. My thoughts are FAKE, but I defer to your judgement.

    I cannot speak with any authority on the skull, but I'm not liking it. Everything else in the photo is also bad.

    I think it's a fake asiis the party pin next to it, note the 'coffin' style pin hinge, always a red flag. Furthermore, the triangular German-Japanese pact pin if real, has been buggered about with by having the missing/chipped glass enamel replaced with enamel modelling paint, like Revell or Humbrol.

    Best steer clear IMHO, But wait for the Carlsson classic 'one worder'.

    The 2 badges with pin backs, are those catches what are refered to as coffin shaped fakes? (or is my memory bad!)
