    Thanks, now I understand the problem with the breaking point too .

    looks to me it was in a possible fire? that's not very thick metal.. could have been melted partly in a fire.. i would think it would only take about 1200 to 1500 degrees to melt that.. witch is a good bed of coals on a fire..
