    Peter !

Believe me, this is a, (unknown), maker of canteens and other equipment.

BTW, many collectors still muddle up manufacturers short cuts and codes ...
Well said. I the early 20th century many persons and firms had a mania for abbreviations and short cuts as our Austrian friend points out. Look at the RZM tag with the Thueringen cap maker's abbreviation in this addendum. In this case, Witwe H.W. Bachmann in A-stadt, Thuerignen, A 1/15 or A2/15.....
    damit, basta.

ID:	275990This one never made it to the bog. Or maybe the owner did and these stayed behind to live on. I am not one for central and eastern European muddy fields and wet forests, but to each his own.

    Happy dead heads and "sculls..."
    damit, basta.
