The "star" is actually an Edleweiss flower. This is for a Political cap. Worn by the SA Gruppe Hochland in Alpine regions etc. A search on the forum for Hochland Edleweiss will provide you with more info and images.
The eagle is a stick pin for wear on civilian clothes. Not SS.
I have doubts about the originality on the pics shown so far. As ever, the back will tell the full story.

Cheers mate, Under the Jewellers Loop the small Eagle has a long blob of solder on reverse side ( long being subjective of course, meaning its not a circular "blob", it's also pitted,... with the rest of the rear surface scratched and mottled, it sure looks oldww2relichunter
