opinions on ss cap insignia

G'day all, I have seen these items for sale, they look a bit rough to me but seem genuine, anyone have an opinion on them?

They are unfortunately fairly well known fake badges.

The markings looks similar on the font on the Wagner's eagle, but Wagner did not made the skulls
here is my Wagner's ss 475/39 example to compare
Even 373 no originals exists

Thanks very much for your help gents, do any of you know of any good reference books regarding SS insignia that may help me gain some knowledge on the subject? Maybe other websites etc... I am keen to learn as much as possible before I invest money on something that may prove to be fake. Thanks again.
