The only redeeming thing is that from the out of focus photo of the reverse of the eagle, I can safely say no to your question.

He has real badges, and he has very clear pictures.
But you pay through the nose.
Shea may also have such badges, too, but less so.
Whammond in Canada gets them, too.
The supply is rather limited and you have to struggle with all the problems.
