Some of my very close family memebers are living in west side of Chicago ( W.Irving Prk ) and some in Hanover Park (this is a suburb of Chicago)
Those two pics was taken during my last visit.
One show a modern sculpture in Chicago Downtown (very funny)

The last skull has a cast look to it. I also have one like OP, but with pins. Check my avitar. I also started a thread about it.

Hi guys
In my opinion its a fake skull.
This is a cast.
Back of this skull looks like door from cast iron fireplace
The Imperial Prussian skulls were stamped.
Also many details on this skull are wromg.
I saw many pics witch orginal ones and nothing compare to this skull (as in song Sinead O'Connor)

The cast skull is fake IMO . I could not see them using a solid cast skull on an already heavy Busby . Mine is very light 50.5 grams . Casting is crude and an easy process . Hence all the cast fakes of TR badges .
