Reichs Adler Cap Eagle

Hi All
This is another cap eagle which has recently come into my possession..
At first I thought it was just another fantasy piece .
It's construction is tin,it's weight 5.6g and 70mm end to end.

There was a fine grey powder coat on the rear which was obscuring any numbers or stamps which were on the left side lower wing. Light brushing with a tooth brush reveals partial makers number
#55/42 (Assmann & Sohn).Above that the RZM logo and above that the double S Ruhnes
My concerns are the poor detail to the head and right feather detail on leg.
The fact that the construction is magnetiźrc. I've never come across thDH before
If anybody could oblige me with any relevant information on this eagle I would be more than grateful.
