Looks fine to me. Compare to my Overhoff.

I have seen a few Overhoff's, and they all had very tiny variations, like some you can see the teeth in the reverse, others, like mine you can not. I see the nose is slightly different from mine, but i think it is ok. I am sure more seasoned collectors will chime in.
