Could I pick the brains of the members and see what their views are regarding various items I have picked up over the years. I was told that they were taken from prisoners as swaps for fags ......... was this true ?
After looking at your pages, I was worried about the style of pins used.

This skull fake appeared not too long ago , but is now seen often . The eagle I believe to have been of somewhat earlier date , but both are reproductions - no doubt about that ..
