SS Cap Eagle.....

Article about: Thanks Ade, that was my understanding too which is why i was confused with the example above which appears (to my sad old eyes at least) to be exhibiting varying thicknesses of the outer edg

    I am by far no expert, but i do not like it, the pins and their attachment seem wrong, unless it is just a bad angle...... I would definitely wait for more experienced collectors to chime in, but my vote is not a good one.
