Looks more like a Heer panzer collar skull, though I can't tell if it is an original. Only the picture of the reverse is visible on my screen.

I looked and it did not work, but I just looked again and it is visible. Go figure.

I think this is likely to be a good one, but it is a long time since I owned any of these and someone else will provide you with a more certain opinion, sooner or later, though it is a Heer panzer collar tab skull, not for the SS IMHO.
