Is this original SS eagle and how hard would it be to attach/fix back the wing?
Not able to read the maker on the back?

working from pictures, i reckon this is a bad attempt at copying a later cap badge. I bow to the experts but, I'm sorry, for me there's so much wrong with this item. But to repair for display I would use epoxy two pack glue with a coloring agent, available in good Craft shops. You probably know, but WW2army.com is the place to go for viewing fakes, disregard the verbal baloney.
