Yes It is a common seen fake. The faker wants to look it like these original one's shown below.

The requirement for a tutorial on these things remains unanswered, and the value of this site suffers in turn. This is an image of Ferdinand Porsche with his SS chums in Wien. I was just there stuck in the ash cloud, but I did not see these people there, of course. There are no SS cap insignia in this picture, in case the thought occurred to you that there might be. Notice that no SS tunic here is uniform with the other. Vienna is a wonderful place. Whenever I go there now, all I see are fake SS tunics, in fact.
