A note - no real Totenkopfs ever had SS runes on the reverse. Sorry

Lightning bolt runes on the back. Fake. Odd serial number, Assmann, later war shape, but no triple prongs. Those horribly pasted on pins. Fake.

Enrique, like Jango said the skull is fake but trying to imitate an Assmann totenkopf. I t should look like this and the rear can be either 3 prongs late war or like unmarked Assmann with two straight pins. You need to study pictures of different makers and learn the characteristics. It is hard and takes time but after awhile you begin to see clearly what is good and bad.
