It looks like a late war zinc Assmann to me.

skull with started this post is probably fake/postwar copy
Skull that started this post is an original , made by Assmann , and is not in any way related to the Latvian made version ( though both have the same " style " of prongs ) .
It is by far the easiest metal TK insignia to find , even when in good condition ..
I think that is a copy because that skull they seem to turn up post-war reproduction Alteste caps..
I never saw the skull on the original cap
