SS Visor Eagle

Hey guys, I am buying some ammo from a guy and he wants to outright sell all of his stuff and this was in it. I am wary of anything SS as it's not my area of knowledge. Any opinions on this? I wasn't sure if they secured the pins on the back in this way. I have seen it on other items but never a visor piece.

Indeed Deschler did not - and the marking is wrong too .
It once came together with the ' lower case 5 ' moustache fake .
Fake eagle for sure , sorry ..

Note that > small circles < around this type of horizontal crimp ( like with the fake Deschler that started this thread ) never occur on period pieces ..
