Hey folks, was looking into getting this piece. It looks okay based on other eagles I've had despite not having an SS eagle. The construction and materials seem to be fine. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Not my area of expertise but it looks like a pigeon head fake to me.
Best wait for other opinions though.

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
X2. The small indentations or "pock" marks are evidence of casting imo. The detail especially on chest feathers and head as Ralph pointed out is bad. The RZM stamp w/o a M prefix and manufactureres number would never be seen on a period piece, also the prongs and attachment points are different than any original example I'm aware of.by rbminis
