Three prong Assmann eagle M1/17

I know these kinds of questions make you guys gnash your teeth and tear your hair....but, any chance Assmann made this eagle with three prongs? I swear I won't ask again and it may be good for the forum to show it if it's good or bad.....and thanks, rick

Not to me though.

The eagle is not original. Here some real examples to compare...prongs attachment etc

I didn't purchase this eagle, although I was sorely tempted. I tend to avoid the SS items but I'm still trying to learn. I appreciate the response with details, carlsson. sincerest thanks, rick

It's difficult (I mean SS collecting), but the best you can do is making a good database of the known originals, all different makers in individual maps etc etc. If you have some personal question you can always PM me
