Such badges were worn by all entities you so list above. I am only able to furnish examples of the SS.

Robin Lumsden has examples from all these organizations in their variety.

Mr. Mint has included a number of authentic pre 1918 caps with this badge, as well, in the rubric for the second Reich and its regalia.

The Danziger badge came in many interesting and pleasing variations.

These variations garner far less interest from the "scull" savants and pseudo experts, who are seized with the cult of St. Deschler.

The "scull" zoo is the property of Robin Lumsden. The other images originated in Canada, but the caps themselves no longer reside there, but elsewhere...

Collecting something is a different from to be a expert .
Experts often doesnt collecting items wchich they are know very well.
If we thinking this way Cavaraggio or van Gogh experts should have in home their sculpture or paintings
On the other side happy owners of those art usually are not a experts
I think all members on this forum including me of course are enthusiast
    This is a hobby
Is no University degree of knowledge uniforms ,caps sculls
If for someone is a hobby to colecting Deschler skulls this is his choice always better like drinking alcohol or using drugs.
For me collecting is a funny hobby (not only one) and I never pretend to be a expert or pseudo expert
