They can also be ordered in ( non-existing ) bright KM-yellow , and green . Certainly for less than $ 200,- , so be careful with this one ..

Indeed, thanks for the warning. I've obviously not been keeping up with my homework!

If it wasn't for the err, johnson, that would be a near perfect copy.

In my opinion the one behind the glass is different from the ones shown , the detail around the eagles neck is more pronounced, the backing material is different

No, I think he called it right..

Some quick research found this comparison.

A tough call, but always better to play it safe and pass on it if there's the Least bit of worry. For $125, you don't want to be forever wondering about it.

And the fakers get better and better....about the only real difference is the little tiny hole between the legs on the fake...All they have to do it adjust the dies to add one more stitch in the right place....and voila....Lovely...

One of the dramas with the old bloke that has this thing is that Jason (volksjager) spotted a piece of paper with snyders treasures printed on it so I will definately use caution and not buy this thing. I don't know where he got it but if he has anything from snyders I am hesitant to buy from him. Thanks once again fellas, it was worth asking the question in the chance that it may have been a good one. Cheers, Dave.
