Here is a nice image of the signals unit of the SSVT on parade.
I think colleague Coleman has a flag to go with these troops...
We need Darryl Pajot to generalize about the helmets.

Black RZM helmets with Pocher decals, where they all went?
Most went there:
Verordnung W-SS 2.Jahrgang 1941
159. Ablieferung der Stahlhelme, alte Form schwarz.
Die gem. Verwaltungsmitteilung fuer die Waffen-SS Nr.13.Ziff.128 vom 17.5.1940 als Bestand gemeldeten
Stahlhelme. alte Form . schwarz
sind an die Arbeitsverwaltung des Zuchthauses xxx abzuliefern
A wonderful image especially with this sharpness!
Danke vielmals, Robert. Many warm thanks for the footnote.
Alles ist vergaenglich.
This is one that did not make it to Straubing, of course.... I believe it made its way from the Pacific Northwest of the USA to California and on out into the firmament.
Not so exciting as the dienstrock of the SS-Nachtrictensturmbann, the rather uncommon insignia.

Thank you, a nice collar patch. Very rare and interesting. Each piece is part of the mosaic.
This is one example from the Allgemeine SS (vgl. Angolia p.102 staff of one SS Abschnitt.)
And here is the thread version for everyday wear.

Thank you, friends. Through our combined efforts I hope that others can learn and widen their knowledge. This is all very rare regalia.
Derek Chapman's excerpt on the end strength of specialized units in the Allgem. SS in view of the two collar patches from friends Hritz and Hassler. These various units were then reduced to foster the build up of the SSVT and SSTV, to say nothing of the overall growth in the Allgem. SS prior to 1939. This graphic is for mounted units in the Allgem. SS.
