The skull on this one looks decent from the photos so I thought I would post, any opinions?

The whole thing is junk, in fact. Sorry. To include the Hoheitszeichen, which is a current British fake.
At second glance, maybe the 'scull' is a Zinc Assmann, but I cannot really tell.

Yes, I thought the skull was an Assman as well similar to this one; I am waiting for better photos.

A perfectly real item, but not one which, as a rule, is found on a black cap.
I believe that Deschler has more or less a monopoly on these in said period, though Assmann was also a firm lodged squarely in the RZM vendor hierarchy.
In any case, from your images the cap is a stinker.
