    Hi H, in English we call it a Collar stud.

    These come in a variety of styles, plastic, horn, ivory etc.

    I am actually partial to the white dress shirt because of the contrast. I did not know there existed a difference in opinion between Himmler and Hitler regarding the brown shirt, very interesting to know. Either way, on display, these uniforms are visually impressive.
