Well after you make a fool out of him make sure you keep your left up and jab, jab, punch. You'll do just fine.

For information: SS M 42 or M 43 stripped tunic in good condition fairly valued at 1600-2000 eur. Of cause the originally applied simple infantry non divisional insignia will grow the price twice or triple, depends of condition and seller

could be a converted greatcoat? But I agree with all of the comments about this tunic. Its far too cheap, and its definitely not KZ. I would make a stab at recon.

i agree even the most seasoned collectors get burnt on high end items, as the guys say, keep yor guard up

If you really want to get an SS tunic, the best way to collect money, or offer some layaway to the dealers- if you'll find one ( and ask here about originality) Unfortunately I have not currently seen any for sale for reasonable prices. But probably someone can help you here. At least you can get some insignia. You can post inquiry at the wanted section

Hey guys,

Back from my visit to the gentleman who tried to sell me this tunic.

When i came there i acted like i didnt no anything, and
let him brag for about 30 mins..

When he finished i started and as i started enlighting him on my opinion
on him and his merchandise he got really quiet and i believe i could almost
see a tear welling up.

What a piece of crap this guy.

Needless to say i told him to stick the jacket were the sun dont shine...

Maybe a topic should be started with some kind of blacklist on sellers like this guy.
Not in any way for just flaming sellers whenever we like, but just as a warning in advance.

I absolutly agree john, and i trie to be as carefull as possible, however the seller is one with not a bad reputation i was told.
and his shop is open for a few years now, and never have i heard any negative comments on him or his items for sale.
also after having a little chat with him no alarm bells went off.
Some customers even recommended him.
But swindlers probably work together and provide bogus feedback on eachother to build up a reputation of being a fair and trust worthy seller

anyway, another lesson learned.

Now i still have my savings i will start a search for a new addition,
But dont now what it will be yet
