Can anybody tell me what kind of stamp is on this armband?

I'm not knowledgeable about WW2 armbands and have never seen one with this stamp or any stamp on the outside? Thanks

Mate,

Looks like NSKOV (NS Kriegsopfer e.V.) stamp but hard to tell, if you search for their insignia it should be a sword surrounded by laurel leaves with an Iron cross in the center with a swastika. I think it is that as I can make out the first part. Yes they did stamp arm bands perhaps to lend authority or demostrate ownership. For example a medic red cross armband was stamped to show the wearer was entitled to protection of the Geneva convention. I have party armbands that are stamped to show which locality they belong etc...

There is no doubt that the armband is real.

I have serious doubts about any stamp that is outside not inside. Although the stamp has the right sort of font, and look.
