Can anyone help me with this SS armband?

Here i have an SS armband which i purchased from a military dealer, he told me that his father brought it back from the war, i haven't had time to take my own image so i found this one the internet, i was just wondering if there is someone out there who can give me more information on it?

Not trying to be funny, but if i was you, id take it back to the dealer and ask him to give it back to his dad, at least that way it can stay in the family, and you can spend your money on something original
