Cold War use of SS Camo smock

Greetings from Bulgaria- I'm sending a picture which was taken around 1975 year at some major military drill of the Bulgarian Army at the peak of the cold war era and the guy was at that time young officer and such camo smocks ware given to all ranks of the unit especialy for the drill and later he menaged to take it with him when he leave the army -and still keeps it -he was so kind to send me pictures.

Who would have thought that the smocks would have been in use for another 30 years?

So would these have been old stock or freshly made in the 1970's?
Because if so, it would turn the SS collecting world on it's head!!!

If issued from wartime stocks, you'll have collectors and people sniffing a fast profit converging on Bulgaria in droves!

Cant be many -if any- left there from the War though, especially not if they were issued on a regular basis.

Can you imagine I'd keep half a dozen, sell the rest and take a year off work. We can but dream.....
