Is this cuff title a fake?

I am relatively certain this is a fake, but since you don't have one EXACTLY like it I thought I'd post it for your entertainment.

I have several other that I KNOW are fakes, but they do not have the backing glued behind the name like this. does that make this a high-class fake?
