No good. It's a post-war fantasy piece with a fantasy stamp.
We don't even have to go into matters of quality or manufacturing style to tell this is an absurdity:
Waffen-SS medical personnel wore armbands which bore the plain and simple red cross without any additional embellishments, which is, of course, the only way in which the red cross may be used as a protective symbol under the statutes of the Geneva Convention.
The stamp is nonsense, as a real stamp would have had a specific designation for the issuing agency/unit, and SS seal stamps had the national insigne at their center, rather than those big ol' SS runes.

Oh dear!....
I figured just the same. It didn't make sense with the SS being a part of the red cross detail. I'm a military vet and with statement about the Geneva conventions is fact and very true.
What one may encounter even further down the rabbithole ..
