I have read some past threads by Bob Coleman and Fredrich Berthold (Sorry) if the spelling is incorrect, about these armbands.. I am confident is is authentic.. The smell, texture & sewing seem period.. But I will let the experts decide its fate.. Again .. Thanks guys..... Gwar

    No one ?

I tried to find some old posts about those early armbands but I didn't find because there are a lot of pages now. Would it be possible to list all the early variant ? I just know 2 of them and I would be interested to know them all...

The voice of authority. I have never owned one of these, as all of mine are woolen.

I must admit to having a preference for wool over cotton myself...

The cotton and the shirt are far more rare, mind you. I just have the woolen ones because of the black uniform.

For some reason, the questions about the cotton arm bands are very frequent, but Bob can answer them.
