Well, it appears to be a SS-streifendienst service gorget with the chains missing, definitely not a fantasy item, but can't say for sure if it's genuine. Looks pretty good though. The flag could very easily be a fake one.

The flag appears to be an original. As to the gorget, it is definitely a piece of 4th Reich junk. I have images of a genuine one which I will post.

The earlier shown gorget is not original. The eagle and number upon the tang is anyway an indication of a bad item, but there is more
upon which one can base it to be not Original as for example the runes within the circle.
Fantasy it is not as such SS Streifendienst-gorget did exist in fact. The one Bob shows is good sample!
