Doctors as a career group were greatly over represented in the ranks of the SS versus their size as a group in German society overall.

Thanks F-B for bringing these images from the amazing Delich collection. Thanks also to Mr. Delich for sharing here as well.
Of note is the extra tailoring of the collar, and the the wider piping of the collar versus the collar patch. The coat was also tailored by an actual tailor versus in a clothing factory.
The item also has no cuff title.

nor, according to colleague Delich, for whom cuff titles have been his cosmos for sixty or so years, the thing did not have one.
Tailored, officer black over coats of this type are hard to find.
By contrast, here is the early SS RZM tag as found in a 1935/6 era enlisted coat issued by the VA SS
