Seems like someone collect this stuff before, I think the cufftitle is postwar addition, I do not like the shape of the "M 43 " cap , even original insignia, surely there not only the text book items used in the war time. May be I am quite a suspicious

I can see why the cap might frighten some people: the sweatband and air vets are not the issue norm: however, I have seen another one just like it and that had good provenance too.

    Cheers, Ade.

The title is for Himmler's staff and I don't see a problem for it being on a field tunic. This cuff title pattern was intoduced 1939 and of course this pattern of uniform in 1943.

    Cheers, Ade.

But RFSS isn't a field unit. Only the reason the cufftitle attached by owner as a fashion by a member of Reichsfuehrer- SS division, I've seen one similar cufftitle with changed "ung" letters to " er"
And if I'am not mistaken, this cufftitle must be worn with empty collar tabs

Not a problem, they would be wearing normal field uniform like everyone else.

Also don't forget anyone serving in a unit which did not have an honour cuff title could wear the cuff title of their old unit.

    Cheers, Ade.

There are pictures of such a cuff title in wear on a normal field blouse as worn by enlisted staff of the RFSS.
Moreover, the RFSS had a large troop unit which was then used in wartime, in fact.
I will enclose a book on said topic.
    damit, basta.
