I saw this cufftitle, and I am curious if they were ever in use or not.
Some say yay, others say nay.

These ct's were in use for sure.
I do have my reservations on this example for Officers.
This one isn't the bullion quality you would expect on original examples.
Some were homemade though so wait for other opinions.

Can we assume the style of manufacturing is used, but this particular ct not?

That is far from the same style sir.
Also the borders of the Niederlande ct are totally different. It is missing the black inner borderlines which is a huge red flag.

Okay Arran, do you think that the base cufftitle was privatly made aswell? It is not a RZM weaved design.
This ct misses the inner black borders next to the silver borders...
Which is for me always a bad sign.
