Help me identify these RZM tags.

I bought these tags at a yard sale, and was wondering if anyone here could tell me what item they were made for. I have done a bit of research and have found catalogs online that point me in one direction or another, but I'm not sure which letters or numbers to follow. Any help would be appreciated.

These are fakes.

Original RZM tags with the letter C can be found on hand embroidered bullion SS officer tabs as well as other pieces.

Both are fake tags. The numbering is not correctly machine applied.
